DELIVERY TERMS

Advertising Design Delivery Terms:

1. Project Timeframe
   After the project begins, we will communicate with you to determine a specific delivery timeframe. The delivery time will depend on the complexity of the design and specific requirements. In most cases, we will complete the design within the agreed timeframe and ensure communication with you during this period.
2. Design Draft Submission
   We will provide an initial design draft according to the project schedule. Typically, the first draft will be submitted to you within 10 business days after the project starts. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and make revisions to the draft.
3. Revisions and Confirmation
   After receiving the design draft, you can submit feedback. We provide two free revision opportunities for each project to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Additional revisions will incur a fee depending on the project.
4. Final Delivery
   After confirming the final design, you will receive all relevant design files, typically including high-resolution files and formats compatible with different platforms (such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.). All files will be sent to your designated email address.
5. Payment Terms

We will collect a partial deposit before the project begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery of the final design documents. Specific payment terms will be detailed in the quotation and contract.

6. Project Delays

If the project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner, we will notify you and may adjust the delivery time. We will endeavor to minimize the impact and ensure the project is completed on time.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

Upon completion of the final payment, you will gain the right to use the design work, as detailed in our terms and conditions policy. We retain the copyright and usage rights to the original design files but promise not to use them for other commercial purposes.
