   A refund request must meet the following conditions:

You must submit your refund request within, for example, 30 days after project delivery.

You must provide a clear reason for your dissatisfaction with the design deliverables, including relevant feedback and revision records.

3. Completed Work
   If the design work has been completed and delivered as agreed in the contract, and you have not requested any revisions within a reasonable timeframe, a refund is not supported. If you are not satisfied with the final design, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to negotiate a solution with you.
4. Number of Revisions
   The number of free revisions we provide, as considered in your refund request, will be considered part of the solution. If you are still not satisfied after submitting satisfactory revision requests, we will review your request.
5. Payment and Refund Process
   After your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5-10 business days. Please note that partial payments (such as application fees, material fees, etc.) may also be non-refundable, as detailed in the project agreement.
6. Disclaimer
   We are not responsible for refund requests due to customer failure to provide required information, delayed feedback, or changes in project scope. Refund requests are limited to cases of service quality issues or failure to comply with the initial agreement and stipulations.
7. Changes to Refund Terms
   We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time. All changes will be published on our website and will apply to future transactions.
